The Business Finance Team Lead for Working Capital Finance is a pivotal position that identifies and develops relationships with key partners to drive growth. This role requires business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners for working capital finance solutions
- Foster and grow relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services
- Strong understanding of working capital finance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships
