Financial Solutions Specialist

The role entails delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the dynamic needs of business banking customers and ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer experience to establish a long-term partnership.

The role bearer is responsible for acquiring new business banking clients with a comprehensive understanding of credit assessment and deepening liabilities, FX, trade, and client relationships while minimizing delinquency. The role will closely collaborate with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and retention.

  • Aquire new business banking customers with in-depth knowledge of credit evaluation.
  • Familiarity with liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical thinking.
  • Effectively manage the portfolio through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and maintaining portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferrals and covenants.
  • Develop strong working relationships with branch banking teams for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization and contribute to the overall bank ecosystem.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: Any Discipline

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferred

5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience
