Financial Services Manager

 

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the financial services department, overseeing various aspects of finance and accounts.

Key responsibilities include reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements, coordinating with statutory auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Additionally, this role involves managing tax-related matters, including GST and direct tax, as well as reviewing quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the board of directors.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a qualified chartered accountant (CA) with over 12 years of experience in finance and accounts.

Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and treasury management.

Experience working in non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) is also preferred.
