Senior HRIS Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our SAP Success Factors system, including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a SuccessFactors administrator and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes is essential, as well as familiarity with Success Factors modules.

About the Role:

  1. System Administration:

The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for the administration of our SAP Success Factors system, including:

  • Configuration and testing

  • Role security and troubleshooting

Project Management:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for project managing during system implementations, ensuring that projects and tasks are completed as assigned.

Document Control:

The Senior HRIS Manager will be responsible for documenting the configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

The successful candidate will lead UAT during implementations, escalating feedback to the implementation team as needed.

End-User Support:

The Senior HRIS Manager will provide regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.

Process Improvement:

The ideal candidate will analyze HR functional business and system processes and recommend improvements to meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes

  • Familiarity with Success Factors modules
