Job Title: Digital Strategist

A key component of our digital marketing agency is the ability to develop impactful and data-driven digital experiences.

This role requires someone who can turn briefs into compelling digital strategies, craft persuasive pitch decks, and deliver presentations that win clients.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and ideation skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm integrated campaign ideas that resonate.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing digital-first strategies tailored to brand goals and industry trends.
  • Crafting high-impact pitch decks that tell a narrative flow and provide strategic insight, visual storytelling, and design coordination.
  • Delivering confident presentations to prospective clients, both independently and alongside senior leadership.
  • Conducting market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and digital innovations to inform pitches.
  • Collaborating closely with new business, creative, media, and planning teams to build strong, well-rounded proposals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience crafting and delivering client-facing pitch presentations.
  • Ability to synthesize data, insights, and creative thinking into compelling strategies.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote; familiarity with design tools is a bonus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pitches and deadlines.

  • Have a portfolio of past pitch work or strategic decks.
