Job Description

As a marketing communications specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing branding strategies to enhance our brand image
  • Developing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Additionally, you will participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives and drive strategies for successful IPO execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical mind

A bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field is required, with an MBA preferred. Experience running successful marketing campaigns is also highly desirable.
