Lead Communications Strategist

Drive impactful campaigns across branding, performance marketing, and creative storytelling by developing and executing strategic PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning through expert PR campaigns.
  • BUILD strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to drive effective communication.
  • CREATE engaging content including press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Develop and manage crisis communication strategies to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide actionable insights, analytics, and ROI reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency across platforms.
  • Support client PR mandates including product launches, press conferences, and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging PR tools.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy.
  • Strong network of media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PR tools such as Meltwater, Cision, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in agency environment is a strong plus.
