This role requires a strategic leader to drive growth and expansion of the cluster. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for profit and loss, including key vendor/customer relationships.
- The Cluster Head will develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and market penetration.
- They will manage business partner relationships through consistent communication and marketing efforts.
- The role involves building and leading internal functions, including sales, marketing, customer relationship, operations, and fulfillment teams.
- The Cluster Head will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
