Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategize and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Mentor and lead the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a recruitment firm, with a strong focus on business development and growth.
  • Proven ability to bring in new business and scale a recruitment operation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Compensation & Location

  • Salary: Up to 12 lakhs per annum, based on previous salary and experience.
  • Location: Newtown, Kolkata.
