Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking technical support and production issues.
  • Monitor support/ticket queues and provide timely responses, updates, and resolutions to client inquiries and production issues.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain regular communication with clients, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in technical support or management roles within a SaaS/technology solutions environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
