Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Develop expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and Surface devices.
  • Updates and Patches: Stay informed about product updates, patches, and known issues to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Remote Assistance: Utilize tools like Microsoft Remote Desktop to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues remotely.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • First-Contact Resolution: Strive for first-contact resolution whenever possible, minimizing the need for follow-up interactions.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor even during challenging customer interactions.
  • Feedback: Collect feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
