Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer success and exceeding performance targets. With a proven track record of managing major accounts, you will identify problems and address them internally to drive resolution with the tech support team.

Your proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with your ability to make independent decisions, will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, you will collaborate with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing success plans outlining critical goals and key performance indicators;
  • Providing guidance to customers in achieving these objectives and measuring their progress;
  • Collaborating with Account management teams to secure contract renewals;
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization;
  • Leading POCs for upsells and participating in pilot results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with key accounts.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and project management skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles.
