Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to spearhead our regional growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development in your designated region.

Your key objectives include:

  • To manage data and ensure 100% coverage in your assigned territory.
  • To develop client acquisition campaigns and lead generation strategies to build a flagship brand for property services in your respective region.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service delivery and client retention.
  2. Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support targeted promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  3. Achieving targets in designated areas.
  4. Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
Requirements:
  • Graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Previous work experience in a real estate business.
  • An outgoing personality with confidence and dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Passion for selling and effective communication skills.
  • Strong implementation skills.
