  • To lead and manage sales activities, ensuring the achievement of business targets for their designated area.

  • A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline is required.

Priorities:

  1. Profit and Loss management, as well as Portfolio growth of corporate business for the region.

  2. Identify new Business opportunities and build business in large Corporate space.

  3. Ensure Budgetary numbers are met in terms of NII, Fee income & Portfolio size.

  4. Effective Team Management.

  5. Support Debt Syndication and Advisory practice development in Corporate Space for the region.

  6. Establish Market intelligence Capabilities for the region.

  7. Maximize team productivity by managing a team of sales managers to achieve team results and enhance profitability of the region.

  8. Lead ground lead generation activities for Sales alignment with the team.

  9. Supervise sales teams to implement the growth agenda through suitable training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

  10. Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming them in presentation and selling skills.

  11. Adopt and effectively implement Sales Digitization tools with the teams.
