Technical Sales Associate

Your Role
At Corpay, you will be instrumental in supporting the onboarding of clients interested in integrating with our digital product offerings. As a Technical Sales Associate, you will assist both technical and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of an integrated solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding integrated solutions.
- Participate in product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and workshops with clients to help Sales with client inception.
- Support Senior Technical Sales Consultants with implementing a client's technical requirements by identifying potential solutions within Corpay's technology stack.
- Help with new client configurations and test environment setups to support their integration efforts.
- Assist in providing certification testing, warranty support, training, and support documentation to ensure successful client handover.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues and manage project risks effectively.
- Support the department with any special projects/initiatives related to the growth and scalability of our integrated solutions.
Implementation Duties
- Support Technical Sales Consultants with their end-to-end implementation plans for client integrations to ensure Production Go-Live milestones are achieved.
- Help with demonstrations and guidance to new and existing clients so they understand Corpay's digital product offerings/capabilities.
- Support Senior Technical Consultants with implementing solutions of high-quality utilizing Corpay's RESTful API, File Upload and ERP integration capabilities.
- Provide handholding/troubleshooting support to clients integrating into one of Corpay's digital solutions during the beta setup, integration, certification testing and post go-live stages to ensure a successful launch.
