The Opportunity

  • Contribute to the success of our sales team by supporting sales executives with solution selling into prospect account bases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

The Role

  • Develop financial business cases associated with each sales opportunity.
  • Match customer pain points with proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
  • Communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence.

The Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Engineer or Sales Operations/Sales Support roles, preferably in the Automotive, Electronics, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
