About the Role:

Axis Bank is seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Relationship Manager for its Wholesale Banking division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the Circle.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue growth and expansion targets for CMS products in the Circle.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new mandates and increase sales in notified Sectors/Industries.
  • Enhance digital penetration and payments through RTGS/NEFT channels.
  • Improve market penetration and volumes of GST.
  • Provide innovative product ideas and process improvements to meet customer needs.
  • Service existing CMS customers through initiation, documentation, and facilitation of Host to Host Integration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with a strong understanding of banking regulations and norms.
  • Prior experience in CMS sales or service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and understanding of CMS products.
