Product Sales Relationship Manager

About the Role:
Axis Bank is seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Relationship Manager for its Wholesale Banking division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the Circle.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue growth and expansion targets for CMS products in the Circle.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new mandates and increase sales in notified Sectors/Industries.
- Enhance digital penetration and payments through RTGS/NEFT channels.
- Improve market penetration and volumes of GST.
- Provide innovative product ideas and process improvements to meet customer needs.
- Service existing CMS customers through initiation, documentation, and facilitation of Host to Host Integration.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with a strong understanding of banking regulations and norms.
- Prior experience in CMS sales or service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of IT and understanding of CMS products.
