As a key member of the wholesale banking product team at Axis Bank, the CMS Product Sales Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of CMS Business across various business segments in the Circle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of CMS Fee and improve CDAB for the Circle
  • Acquire mandates budgeted for the Circle and increase CMS sales in notified Sectors/Industries
  • Boost Digital penetration and Payments through RTGS/NEFT Channels
  • Enhance market penetration and volumes of GST
  • Contribute new product ideas and process improvement suggestions based on customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including initiation, documentation, and facilitation of Host to Host Integration for prospective customers

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Preferrably an MBA/PGDBM

Role Proficiencies:

A successful candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
  • Proficiency in CMS products of the Bank
  • Experience in CMS Sales/CMS Service
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT
