Axis Bank Wholesale Banking Product Sales Relationship Manager

As a key member of the wholesale banking product team at Axis Bank, the CMS Product Sales Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of CMS Business across various business segments in the Circle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of CMS Fee and improve CDAB for the Circle
- Acquire mandates budgeted for the Circle and increase CMS sales in notified Sectors/Industries
- Enhance Digital penetration and Payments through RTGS/NEFT Channels
- Boost market penetration and volumes of GST
- Contribute new product ideas and process improvement suggestions based on customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, including initiation, documentation, and facilitation of Host to Host Integration for prospective customers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A graduate degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in banking regulations and norms, CMS products, and sales/service
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships
- Basic knowledge of IT
