Talent Acquisition Specialist

Identify and attract top talent in the industry by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.


About the Role
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fitment for internal and external needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and ensure timely closures.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience with a strong focus on IT hiring.
  • Experience in handling both corporate/internal hiring and client/vendor hiring.
  • Strong screening capabilities for mid to senior-level IT roles, including Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, SAP, DevOps, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS tools and job portals, such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
