About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality candidates through headhunting, job portals, and professional networks
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
