Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business verticals.
Job Description:
- Recruitment Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, and build a high-performing TA team.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles, implement structured workforce planning, and leverage data and analytics for proactive hiring and forecasting.
- Employer Branding: Position our organization as an employer of choice, partner with marketing teams to build branding campaigns, and represent the organization at industry events.
- Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Ensure a world-class candidate experience, drive digital transformation in recruitment processes, and develop metrics to measure recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong background in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or large-scale manpower-driven industries.
- Skills: Strategic mindset, networking capabilities, deep understanding of talent trends, innovative sourcing channels, and digital recruitment.
