Our organization is seeking a seasoned Pension Industry Professional to join our team in India.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding National Pension System (NPS) adoption by working closely with corporates, public sector undertakings, emerging partners, and individual clients. The role involves developing and executing business plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion of NPS offerings
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients through various marketing channels
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates or experienced professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication & presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently & achieve targets. Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs is also required.
