Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting UG and PG admission services, identifying new business opportunities, and counselling prospective students. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates from any educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market UG and PG courses in Kerala, Bangalore, and Tamil Nadu.
  • Counsel students and parents about academic programs, admission procedures, and career options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and students.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and marketing events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
  • Meet admission targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements / Qualifications / Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Any degree (UG or PG); all disciplines welcome.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Passionate about student counselling and education.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel locally or inter-state if required.

Salary:

Minimum 15000 to Maximum 30,000. (As per industry standard and experience)
