Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Programs Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the delivery of strategic programs, managing and reporting across initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in program/project management or governance roles within financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • They will be responsible for creating and managing dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
  • This includes designing high-quality presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management and Governance
  • Ensure alignment of key projects to the organization's strategic roadmap, reporting progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Support the Country Head in delivering on strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and outcomes.
  • Maintain central program documentation repository, define program KPIs/SLAs, and track governance forum actions.
  • CORporate Social Responsibility & Employee Engagement
  • Anchoring CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
  • Partnering with NGOs and internal CSR committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives including funding proposals, volunteering drives, and employee participation metrics.
  • Working closely with communications and branding teams to articulate the impact of CSR initiatives and promote broad-based engagement.
  • Organizing townhalls, roundtables, and campaigns that showcase community impact and enhance employee pride in the organization's social contribution.
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Evaluating and enhancing tools and templates to streamline workflows and improve governance visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University Degree related to Business Administration, Operations, or similar field.
  • 8+ years' total experience including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Project Management function, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle, etc. would be an advantage.
