Job Title:

Experiential Learning Program Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organization, leading high-impact experiential learning initiatives for undergraduate students beyond the classroom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for curating and managing experiential learning opportunities that equip students with real-world problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in program design, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute experiential learning challenges that deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery of these initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, showcases, and logistics related to experiential learning programs.
  • Manage budgets, reimbursements, and finance coordination for these activities.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
