Program Coordinator Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of curriculum across various academic programs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Customization & Alignment: Collaborate with universities to tailor the curriculum for specific academic programs, ensuring alignment with their educational standards.
  • Credit & Course Negotiation: Align courses with academic credit policies of partner universities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure basic adherence of the curriculum to national and regional standards (e.g., AICTE, UGC) under guidance.
  • Academic Approvals Coordination: Facilitate course approval processes through bodies like HODs, Deans, and Academic Senates.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
  • Basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with educational technology trends and tools.
