Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant

We are seeking an HR operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:- Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
- Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
- Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications.
- Upgrades and Release Management: Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
