As a seasoned expert in Oracle HCM Cloud, we are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical delivery.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR and Payroll, to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
