Job Opportunity

Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consulting and be proficient in communication skills.

The successful consultant will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations. Additionally, they will have intermediary skills for other HCM modules such as Core HR, Goal & Performance, and Compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits

· Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows

· Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas

· Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
