Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant with a strong background in business process mapping and implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a deep understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough requirement workshops to gather business requirements
  2. Map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  3. Identify as-is and to-be processes
  4. Design complex enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  5. Develop and review functional design specification documents
