Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM professional to join our team as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to work on the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement tailored ORC solutions.
  • - Provide expert-level technical guidance on ORC configuration, customization, and integration.
  • - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ORC features, APIs, and data models.
  • - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.

About You:

  • Technical Skills:
  • - Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration, customizations, and integrations.
  • - Strong understanding of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Functional Skills:
  • - Experience in talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
  • - Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).- Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
