Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant Time & Labor specialist

Hybrid (3 days office)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  2. Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  3. Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  4. Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
Requirements :Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion specialist with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas.

The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
