Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
- Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Oracle certification preferred but not required
