We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead the end-to-end delivery of group health insurance solutions for enterprise clients.

Job Description:

This role is focused on translating insurance product configurations into live client implementations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with platforms and partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate combines strong insurance domain expertise with technical and operational acumen, driving client onboarding, plan configuration, and platform readiness across multiple regions.

You will act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful and timely implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of group insurance products (GMC/GHI, GPA, GTL, OPD, CI, modular, Flex wallet-based designs).
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications.
  • Deliver product and platform demonstrations (UAT/Demo) to client stakeholders. Design, document, and validate plan configurations for Application Configuration teams.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes. Collaborate with technology teams on integrations (Enhancement, API, SSO, SFTP etc.).
  • Act as the regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders, clients, and insurers.
  • Provide oversight to configuration specialists, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices for scalable implementations.
  • Define and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase implementation efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in insurance product implementation in B2B, configuration, or solution delivery.
  • Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
