Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to lead our clients' HCM solutions and provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM

Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
