We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Specialist to expand their skill set and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

The key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results. Additionally, the specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processes, integrate payroll with SAP FI, SAP Time Management, and third-party tools, handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads, and perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.

The required skills and qualifications include strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables, hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems, knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules, and understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance.
