Experienced Payroll Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll management for India.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, statutory compliance with Indian labor and tax regulations, and payroll-related reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Validate and reconcile inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and other applicable labor laws).
- Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll policies.
- Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and analytics for management review.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Support process automation, audits, and continuous improvement in payroll systems.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources. Postgraduate certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software (SAP, ADP etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, reconciliations). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
