Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our organization. This position requires a minimum of 5-18 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and expertise in HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of process flows, set-ups, and common solutions to HCM modules is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in at least three modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is necessary.
  • Strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is preferred.
  • Possessing strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is crucial.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Providing strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area is a must.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing technical and functional support for HCM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of HCM systems.
