Job Title: SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

Your primary focus will be on configuring EC modules, including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events. You will also be expected to integrate EC with other SAP modules and third-party systems, handle data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT), provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders, and support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure EC modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement business rules, workflows, and foundation objects to support HR business processes.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules, such as Payroll, Time, and LMS, and third-party systems to ensure smooth data exchange.
  • Handle data migration, validation, and UAT to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of EC solutions.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and change requests, to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of EC modules, including Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other SF modules, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and Compensation, is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP Payroll (On-Premise or EC Payroll) and Time Management is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM) is beneficial.
