Job Title: Cloud HCM Functional Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud HCM Functional Architect to lead successful implementation projects of HCM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a strategic role in enabling go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, build proof-of-concepts during the sales cycle, enhance existing tools and accelerators, and create new ones.
  • Identify and resolve issues encountered during test cycles.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules, having expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
  • Have experience working in an Oracle Development Architecture (ODA) functional capacity.
  • Have led implementation projects for HCM Cloud in one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
