Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud HCM Technical Specialist to join our team as a trusted advisor and expert in Oracle HCM Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality production support projects with a focus on AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore clients to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Bring 8+ years of ERP implementation experience and at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules).
  • Possess deep domain expertise in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Work closely with teams to configure, bug-fix, quarterly patch test and quality assure prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Oversee the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; manage key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management and provisioning, system configuration, risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
  • Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during tickets resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding, Learning)
  • Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal, able to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.
