Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to lead our team in delivering expert domain knowledge and high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle, with a proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.

  • Expert working experience in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Helpdesk modules
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow
  • Proven ability to interact with clients in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity
  • Leadership capability with planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems and interact with clients frequently
  • Open to domestic or international travel for short and long durations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for HCM implementation and support
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HCM
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM
  • At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud
