Job Title: Technical Expert - HCM Cloud

Fulfill a critical role as a technical expert in our Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud team. This senior-level position requires an individual with extensive experience in technical development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in Fast Formulas, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL SQL tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed technical requirements, document specifications, and perform uniting/regression testing.
  • Provide expert technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions, ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, upgrades, and patches, providing guidance on implementation strategies and mitigation of downstream impacts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development, with a strong focus on HCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in US and Canada Payroll, including knowledge of localizations and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
