Payroll Implementation Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading payroll implementation projects from initiation to completion. This involves defining project goals, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The successful Payroll Implementation Manager will maintain proactive communication, mitigate project risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. They will also oversee testing processes, define testing methodologies, and ensure proper tracking and documentation of test results.

The role requires experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations, preferably with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including PMP or PRINCE2 certification. The position is a full-time opportunity, working remotely, and can be extended based on performance.

  • Project Management: Lead payroll implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Testing Oversight: Oversee testing processes, define testing methodologies, and ensure proper tracking and documentation of test results.
  • Communication: Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations.
  • Education: Preferably with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
