Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure payroll formulas and costing setups, utilizing expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Assess complex business requirements and provide technical recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, from planning to support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Mandatory Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification.
