Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an expert to implement, configure and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll, as well as excellent communication and client interaction skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Oracle EBS HCM solutions, focusing on Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare detailed technical designs and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing technical specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
