Oracle HCM Expert

This senior-level role involves overseeing the comprehensive deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules worldwide. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by leading a team of consultants and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

  • Manage the end-to-end process for implementing, updating, and modifying Oracle HCM modules across all modules.
  • Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to guarantee successful implementations and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing comprehensive Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, along with expertise in HR technology solutions and shared services functions.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or other third-party tools).
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training materials and user guides, planning pilots, testing, and providing end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
