Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Service Relationship Manager Team Lead, with a focus on driving and coordinating activities related to regulatory analysis, operational management, and content production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and drive the creation and maintenance of up-to-date analyses of DWS's compliance against third-party regulations.
  • Track progress and report on key regulatory compliance management processes.
  • Escalate and report risks and issues via the Regulatory Governance Forum.
  • Create Points of View papers for internal audiences on new and emerging regulations.
Operational Management:
  • Relay feedback into relevant global governance forums to drive improved outcomes for DWS's third-party risk management approach.
  • Manage a communications plan to implement External Engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development of processes to deliver effective management of Regulatory requests from regional business stakeholders.
Content Production:
  • Respond to business and risk requests for information to support regulatory audit responses regarding TPM VRM processes.
  • Sourcing and developing credible content to support regulatory engagements and senior management communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of key global third-party regulations.
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver credible content.
