  • Ensure that integration processes and solutions are well-documented and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and implement integration solutions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
  • Implement operational excellence systems and tools to optimize integration processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest integration technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the integration team, implementing best practices and staying abreast of technological advancements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in IT, with a focus on systems integration.
  • Proven expertise with integration platforms and APIs.
  • Leadership experience, including leading and mentoring team members.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools, technologies, patterns, and practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration services (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
